November Doctors are reluctant to use placebo instead of medication as a therapeutic measure because they do not want to betray their patients. Perhaps they do not even have to. Having lived in Philadelphia, Chicago, and Charleston [SC and a tiny little blip not even on most maps in Central North Carolina, I have found that the same types of people are EVERYWHERE. Philly is anything BUT the City of Brotherly Love . the headlines out of Chicago speak for themselves . and Charleston is a cluster of transplants and natives my point is that in each of these places you have those that are the nicest and most open minded people you could hope to know . but there are also those who are so stupid that you wonder how it is that they remember how to breathe.
